2. Refund Policy for Online Pharmacy Consultation Services

(1) Consultations Not Yet Started

If the consultation has not yet begun, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.

(2) Scheduled but Not Yet Conducted

  • Cancellation more than 12 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund

  • Cancellation within 12 hours before the session: 50% refund

  • No-show without prior cancellation: No refund

(3) Consultations Already Provided

Online pharmacy consultation is considered a professional service that begins immediately once the session starts.
Therefore, no refund will be issued after the service has begun or been completed.

However, we offer rebooking or partial compensation in the following situations:

  • Technical issues prevent the consultation from functioning properly

  • The session is interrupted for more than 50% of the scheduled time

  • The service was not provided due to our error


3. Refund Policy for Digital Products

(1) Accessed or Downloaded Digital Content

Once a digital product has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
This follows standard global digital goods regulations (EU, US, etc.).

(2) Digital Content Not Accessed

If the digital content has not been downloaded or accessed, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Reason for refund

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.


5. Special Cases

We may offer full refunds in special situations such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical errors preventing access
